Having insisted that the client come from Gloucestershire that same day to view the property - Banda were able to secure the house within 24 hours and have it removed from the market. Banda also undertook the initial stages of a lease extension on the property ensuring an indication of value was found before exchange and ensuring the vendor passed on the statutory right to extend.
