We were asked to find a property on one of twelve streets within walking distance of the Hurlingham Club. Banda secured one of the last undeveloped properties on the much sought after Settrington Road. This enabled our clients to create their dream layout in their ideal location. Having guided our clients through the planning process, we continued by managing the design and development of the property, which includes a basement, loft conversion and roof terrace.
