Buckingham Gate

Banda acquired the property at 13-14 Buckingham Gate in 2013.  We obtained change of use from office to residential and gained planning consent for an extra level and 8 residential units.  

Planning was granted to retain the Grade II listed façade as well as the structural framework of the building.  The configuration at the rear was reworked to include internal courtyards, additional balconies at the upper floor levels and a penthouse roof extension.
