Barts Square is the previous St Bartholomew’s hospital, retaining its medieval footprint of historic buildings, cobbled streets and hidden squares. This historical value was of interest to our client, so having taken their brief, we set to finding one of the first units available within the development prior to the official UK launch. With completion in Q3 2017, this gave our client medium term leveraged exposure to the London property market.
