Design

A concept project for a repeat client who wanted help to visualise how the space could be interpreted. The brief was clear: the interior must not be deferential to the view, the interior needs to work with the outside so that both accentuate and elevate each other, rather than one jostling for supremacy.

We kept the look slick and modern in keeping with the interior architecture of the building and went for bold statement pieces and an unexpected mix of materials, such as the bespoke bathtub in the striking Calacatta Viola marble. We zoned the large living room into three distinct spaces: living, informal dining and a reading corner, to create separate areas all within one open, free flow space.

The master bedroom takes on a more masculine feel with a bespoke suede upholstered headboard incorporated within an elegant grey marble surround. Ice blues and navy continue this theme which is then just softened slightly with the introduction of burnt orange velvet chair, inviting you into the room beyond.
